Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

1. Products

1.1 All Products on this website (which may vary from time to time) are available in our service area.

1.2 Certain Products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer vase life.

1.3 Some Products, Flowers, and Plants may be harmful or poisonous. If you require further information before submitting an order, please contact us using the details set out in Section 6 below.

1.4 All Products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a Product of equivalent value, quality, and style without notice.

1.5 If we are unable to supply the Product or any suitable substitute Product, we shall notify you as soon as reasonably possible and reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

1.6 As flowers are natural products, slight variations may occur in colour, shape, size, bloom stage, and arrangement style from images displayed on our website or inspiration photographs provided.

1.7 To maximise vase life, flower care instructions should be followed upon receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration caused by environmental conditions, lack of water, heat exposure, improper care, or delays in unpacking after delivery or collection.

2. Prices

2.1 Prices listed within the Service are valid for a maximum of 14 days from submitting your order.

2.2 Prices include VAT where applicable.

3. Orders / Payments

3.1 During order submission, you shall be required to provide accurate personal details, including postcode and contact information, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. By clicking the “complete order” button on the Order Form, you consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Submission of an Order Form is subject to our acceptance. A contract shall only exist once we have issued an email confirming acceptance of your order. This does not include automated order acknowledgement emails.

3.3 We cannot accept orders from persons under the age of eighteen (18) years.

4. Delivery

4.1 Our delivery service is available only within our service area.

4.2 Upon acceptance of your Order Form, we will provide confirmation of the intended delivery date by email. The days on which we deliver, the cut-off times that apply, and any dates on which we are not delivering, are those shown in the delivery options and dates offered at checkout and in the delivery information published on this website. Delivery is agreed only for the date confirmed under this clause, and no other delivery date is offered or promised. Orders submitted after the applicable cut-off, or at a time when we are closed, will not be processed until we are next open for business.

4.3 Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delays or failed deliveries. Customers are responsible for ensuring all recipient information is accurate before submitting an order.

4.4 Whilst we use all reasonable endeavours to deliver on the requested delivery date, delivery at specific times cannot be guaranteed except where expressly agreed in writing. In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, alternative arrangements or a full refund may be offered.

4.5 Where a delivery window or latest delivery time is stated for the service selected at checkout, or in the delivery information published on this website, deliveries are scheduled to be completed within it. Where none is stated, deliveries are scheduled to be completed by the end of the confirmed delivery date. During peak trading periods, including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and International Women’s Day, delivery may be completed later than scheduled due to increased order volumes.

4.6 Where delivery is made to locations involving third parties, including offices, hospitals, hotels, funeral directors, ships, airports, or business premises, the signature of any authorised individual shall be accepted as proof of delivery.

4.7 We are responsible for delivery to the address provided on the order only. Proof of delivery to that address, a neighbour, reception desk, concierge, or safe place shall constitute successful delivery.

4.8 If nobody is available to accept delivery, the order may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at the driver’s discretion unless instructed otherwise.

4.9 Specific delivery times may only be requested for funeral or funeral parlour deliveries. Whilst every effort will be made, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

4.10 Additional delivery instructions may be included in the Delivery Notes field; however, we reserve the right not to comply with instructions considered unreasonable, unsafe, or impractical.

4.11 Any claims relating to non-delivery must be reported within 24 hours of the intended delivery date. Claims made outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund.

5. Cancellation

5.1 When you buy online you normally have 14 days to change your mind and cancel your order, whatever the reason. That right does not apply to fresh flowers or floral arrangements. They are perishable goods that deteriorate rapidly, and the law makes an exception for goods of that kind under regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Our own cancellation policy, set out in 5.3 below, applies to those orders instead.

5.2 If your order includes items that are not perishable, such as a vase, a candle, a potted plant or a gift that will keep, you do have 14 days to change your mind about those items, beginning the day after you or the person you sent them to receives them. Please tell us within that time using the contact details at the end of these Terms and Conditions, and we will refund what you paid for them once they are returned to us. You will need to pay the cost of returning them to us.

5.3 Otherwise, orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.

5.4 To amend or cancel an order, please contact us using the details in Section 6 below.

5.5 Customers are entitled to cancel payments made fraudulently using their payment card and to be re-credited accordingly.

6. Customer Services

6.1 Any complaints should be addressed to us using the business and contact details set out at the end of these Terms and Conditions.

6.2 Due to the perishable and natural nature of our Products, any complaints regarding freshness, quality, damages, missing items, or non-delivery must be reported to us within 24 hours of the delivery date or intended delivery date, together with clear photographic evidence where possible. Flowers are living products and natural deterioration can occur due to environmental conditions, temperature, and aftercare. We are unable to accept responsibility for issues reported outside of this timeframe, as we may no longer be able to accurately assess the condition of the Products upon arrival. Failure to follow provided care instructions may also affect eligibility for replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

7. Disclaimer

(b) Subject to clause 7.2(a), our total liability shall not exceed three (3) times the value of the Products purchased.

(c) We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity, where permitted by law.

(d) We shall not be liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. General

8.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on the website and will take effect 24 hours after posting.

8.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Online Site or Services at any time.

8.3 If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8.4 We comply with all applicable data protection legislation and will only use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.5 No third party shall have rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

8.6 This agreement supersedes all prior understandings and representations except in cases of fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Refunds & Pickup Orders

9.1 All refunds, including those arising from chargebacks or cashback claims, shall only be returned to the original payment method used for purchase.

9.2 For all pickup orders, customers may be required to present valid photographic identification confirming their name and address. We reserve the right to refuse collection where sufficient identification is not provided.
